Problem with eduGain / Account not found
Context
You can not connect via eduGain (error 403) or the page is displaying a message saying the account is unknown ("Could not find User")
1) the eduGain service is returning an email which is different from the email associated to your account .
2) an account has been provisionned automatically by eduGain before the creation of your account - which creates a conflict

Si vous n'arrivez pas à vous connecter via eduGain - erreur 403 et la page indique que le compte n'existe pas ("Could not find User") .
Le service eduGain retourne un email ne correspondant pas à celui enregistré pour votre compte.

Vous pouvez vous connecter en utilisant votre login et mot de passe
Vous pouvez aussi ouvrir un ticket pour demander la mise à jour de votre email pour qu'il corresponde à celui retourne par eduGain .

Context
Your account has expired . Consequently your account is blocked and you should validate your information to get access again to your account
1) You should validate your profile , email and accept the charters
2) in case of administrative collaboration you should wait also the approval of your representative
